1999

Launches the Swift PT payment terminal in Australia and New Zealand. The terminal is designed by Quest, and manufactured by Quest in Victoria, Australia.

Quest enters the e-Commerce market with the introduction of Australia’s first Internet Payment Gateway solution, InterPay.

 

1993

Quest designs and manufactures the first of many communications hardware products to service EFTPOS and retail wide area networks.

 

1992

Quest pioneers the first fully integrated PC EFTPOS solution for the retail industry, EftposPlus. This product is the first of its kind to be "pre-certified" by financial institutions, enabling retailers simply to implement the Point of Sale interface, and roll out EFTPOS without costly certification by a financial institution.

 

1991

Quest begins operations in Australia.
